Hitch Tube
  • Internally Reinforced Hitch Tube: Built from genuine BlueScope 2″ square steel tubing (3⁄16″ wall) and fortified with a ½” internal steel plate, plug-welded for heavy-duty structural reinforcement.
  • Heavy-Duty Structural Connections: Industrial 3-phase production welding secures the ¼” steel mounting plates directly to the hitch tube, serving as rock-solid connection points for the Motorcycle Track assembly.
  • Premium Grade 8 Hardware: Assembled strictly with Grade 8 fasteners—the standard for heavy machinery and military applications—ensuring maximum shear strength.
  • Industrial Finish: Pretreated with an abrasive media blast, followed by a premium, dual-layer industrial powder coat for chip and corrosion resistance.
Motorcycle Track Components
  • Rectangular Tube Center Section: Powdercoated X15 Ripple Orange 5″ × 2.5″ × 0.165″ wall 6061-T6 aluminum. This high-strength structural alloy is widely used in aerospace framework, marine applications, and heavy-duty machinery.
  • Formed Aluminum Outer Channel: Powdercoated Textura Black 0.197″ 5005-H34 aluminum sheet. CNC-formed to accommodate rear tires up to 200 wide while providing integrated tire containment and dedicated mounting points for accessories.
  • Structural Steel Reinforcement Braces: Precision laser-cut and CNC-formed from ¼” high-strength structural steel, these external braces reinforce the widened rear tire section by rigidly connecting the Formed Aluminum Outer Channel to the Rectangular Tube Center Section. This creates exceptional rigidity while supporting the wider track profile required for modern sport and superbikes
Front Wheel Chock System
  • Front Wheel Chock: CNC-formed from 0.197″ 5005-H34 aluminum sheet, accurately positions the motorcycle during loading while providing secure front tire containment. Its aluminum construction delivers excellent rigidity with significantly less weight than comparable steel designs.
  • Adjustable Tire Guides: Precision laser-cut steel guides feature slotted mounting holes, allowing them to be adjusted to match the width of the motorcycle’s front tyre. Once the tyre is guided between the plates, the motorcycle remains upright, enabling true one-person loading while you secure the tie-down straps.
  • Structural Track Support Brackets: Precision laser-cut and CNC-formed from 3⁄16″ high-strength steel plate, providing a rigid connection between the Motorcycle Track and Front Wheel Chock for maximum strength and stability.
Multi Point Tie-Down Geometry
  • Seven Integrated Tie-Down Points: Provides secure attachment options at the front, center, and rear of the motorcycle, allowing the SPORT Carrier to suit a wide range of sport, supersport, and superbike models.
  • Optimized Strap Angles: Tie-down locations are positioned to create secure strap geometry for low-clearance sport motorcycles, helping stabilize the bike without relying solely on the extreme front or rear of the carrier.
  • Vehicle-Assisted Tie-Down: Where suitable, straps can also be attached directly to your vehicle’s trailer safety chain attachment points. Securing the motorcycle to the vehicle rather than solely to the carrier reduces movement and creates an exceptionally stable transport system.

Description

Included with the Sport carrier:

LED Tail Lighting
Includes, Stop, Indicator, Running and Licence plate lighting and a US SAE 7 round connector to plug into your vehicles trailer connector.
Has a position underneath the LH LED, which has the Licence plate light to bolt your licence plate to, stainless steel bolts x 2 are included.

Anti Tilt Kit
1 × Anti Tilt bracket, one spanner (5⁄8″, not supplied) and one hand is all that’s required to secure our device.
4 × Stainless Steel Shim Plates, choice of 2 thicknesses, one for the side of, and one for underneath the Hitch Tube.

Optional Extra:
Loading Ramp
Our optional loading ramp is fabricated from 5005-H34 aluminum and features a purpose-designed curved profile that raises the rear wheel quickly as the motorcycle is loaded. This helps level the motorcycle before it reaches the transition between the ramp and carrier, significantly reducing the chance of low fairings or bodywork contacting the pivot point.
Covered in grip tape, with a fabricated bracket that locates into the Bike Track Assembly with a locking pin to prevent movement while loading your bike.
The ramp stores in its own cradles between the motorcycle and vehicle.

Optional Main Bar Sizes to match larger hitch receivers

  • 2.5″ Square Bar for Class 5 receivers i.e. Ram 2500 – add $250
  • 3″ Square Bar for Class 5 receivers i.e. F350 Super Duty – add $200

Main Bar Length:

If you need a longer main bar as per below these will be air freighted from Australia to your door but add $220 in cost, delivery is 7-9 days.

The main bar is the horizontal arm that extends from your hitch receiver.

The standard length has the center of the bike channel 19.75″ from the center of the hitch pin hole in the receiver this is suitable for most styleside pickups and SUV’s.

However you will need a longer main bar if you have a:

  • Spare tire on the rear door
  • Rear door with fuel can holders
  • Other rear accessories that may obstruct the standard bar

There are 4 longer main bar options available: extra 2″, 4″, 6″ or 8″.

Important Safety Note

You must secure your motorcycle at a minimum of four points, six is better, using MX tie-downs or ratchet straps attached to the frame, handlebars, triple clamp, crash bars or rear tire. This is essential for safety.
