The hitch carriers are manufactured in the Rack N Roll factory which is located in Southport on the Gold Coast in the state of Queensland in Australia.
Rack N Roll is sold under the name Rack N Ride in the US because the Rack N Roll name was occupied at that time.

Australian made quality that really shows! Great to deal with, and can tailor rack with required extension to allow for 4x4s with rear tyre carriers. Highly recommend to anyone who (like me) got nervous at the idea of hauling my pride and joy around on some cheap imported flimsy generic rack.

Had our rack for around a year now but only just got around to trying it out on a decent road trip. When we first set it up we were concerned that the long sloppy suspension on our CRF 300L just wasn't gonna work with it. Anyway we put the bike on, added some supplementary straps as recommended, then drove a round trip of just over 700 km. The bike did not move. Everything worked brilliantly. The engineering is terrific, the LED lights are perfect and it even stores away beautifully against the garage wall with a couple of hooks. Top notch, well done. Expensive?? I stumbled on to Rack N Roll while surfing the internet for an option.

I called and spoke to Leeroy, after explaining my situation and Leeroy asking a few questions, Leeroy advised that he would be able to modify an existing type of bike carrier to suit my needs.
My transport needs were some what challenging as the scooter weighs 42 kg and bike 23 kg. The fact that bike needed a particular set up and the scooter was a completely different shape & size needed its own set up and fixings.

I passed on measurements that Leeroy required, I asked a number of questions about the fabrication and how it was going to work. At every stage of communication I grew more and more confident that this was going to be a big win for me and the transport of my bike & scooter. Leeroys vast experience at manufactoring and preparedness to make something that is not cookie cutter was so rewarding for me.

Now it's one thing to communicate & fell all warm and fuzzy about what you think you are getting. The proof was in the pudding! After opening the well prepared packaging with all items labeled and instructions accompanied, the quality of the workmanship and product was to lift me to another happy level.
I am just as happy with my new rack as I am with my new bike & scooter. I'm sad to say that I even just enjoy waxing and polishing the rack as much as my bike. It is something that I am very happy and satisfied with.

Thank you Leeroy for exceeding customer expectation.

I have had my Rack N Roll for years now and it has never let me down. I recently ordered some new parts for the rack as I have lost them over time and Lee's customer service was absolutely awesome and I received the parts next day.
