Orders ship ex Denver warehouse within 1 day, Monday to Friday during business hours.
Most Rack N Ride products and parts are in stock all the time.
If we are out of stock due to unexpected demand for a certain product, or for other reasons, we will contact you immediately and advise you so you can choose whether to wait a bit longer or to get a full refund.
If we are out of stock we can air freight direct to your door from Australia, delivery will take 6-10 days and we will contact you first to verify that the revised time frame is ok, otherwise we will fully refund you as soon as possible after you have informed us you wish to get a refund.
2 Tiered fixed freight charge as at 1 January 2025
- Flat Rate Light $100 UPS Ground* for MX and Aluminium MX carriers.
- Flat Rate Heavy $195 UPS Ground* for Adventure, Sport and Double MX carriers.
*These freight rates are available only to locations in the US lower 48.
Once your address is entered at Checkout a UPS Ground cost will appear, if that is lower than the Flat Rate charge, you are welcome to select it.
