Unlike typical 600 lb carriers that rely on a hollow hitch tube, this system features a 2” x 2” x 3/16” steel receiver reinforced internally with a ½” structural steel core, plug welded top and bottom to dramatically increase strength at the hitch — where most carriers fail.

Reinforced Main Bar Support

Our 2” x 2” x 3/16” (50x50x5mm) steel main bar is internally reinforced with a precision laser-cut ½” (12mm) MS350 steel plate.

• Tap-fitted vertically inside the main bar for zero movement
• Plug welded through ½” rosette weld ports
• Welded top and bottom at five places along the tube

This creates a reinforced internal spine inside the hitch bar — dramatically increasing bending resistance and torsional rigidity at the receiver.

Your motorcycle sits on a 5” x 2.5” x 0.165” A6061-T6 structural aluminium RHS beam
(125x65x4.2mm metric)

Calculated Working Load Limit:
1,836 lbs (833 kg)

This is not folded sheet metal.

The A6061 T6 RHS is dropped into a 3/16” (5mm) A5005-H34 aluminium channel, folded on three sides with 5” walls to:

• Increase structural rigidity
• Prevent tyre roll-off
• Improve load distribution

Please note that if an optional extra sizing is chosen, the standard item size is no longer included.

Optional Main Bar Sizes to match larger hitch receivers

  • 2.5” Square Bar for Class 5 receivers i.e. Ram 2500 – add $200
  • 3″ Square Bar for Class 5 receivers i.e. F350 Super Duty – add $250

Main Bar Length:

If you need a longer main bar as per below these will be air freighted from Australia to your door but add $220 in cost, delivery is 7-9 days.

The main bar is the horizontal arm that extends from your hitch receiver.

The standard length has the center of the bike channel 19.75″ from the center of the hitch pin hole in the receiver this is suitable for most styleside pickups and SUV’s.

However you will need a longer main bar if you have a:

  • Spare tire on the rear door
  • Rear door with fuel can holders
  • Other rear accessories that may obstruct the standard bar

There are 4 longer main bar options available: extra 2″, 4″, 6″ or 8″.

Important Safety Note

You must secure your motorcycle at a minimum of four points, six is better, using MX tie-downs or ratchet straps attached to the frame, handlebars, triple clamp, crash bars or rear tire. This is essential for safety.
