Important Safety & Usage Requirements
By purchasing or using a Rack N Roll / Rack N Ride carrier, you acknowledge that correct installation, loading and securing of your motorcycle is your responsibility.
Motorcycles must be secured using a minimum of four (4) independent tie-down points. Suitable securing points may include the foot pegs, frame, handlebars, triple clamp or crash bars.
Always ensure that:
- The carrier is correctly installed before use.
- Your motorcycle is securely restrained using at least four tie-down points.
- Your vehicle, towbar and hitch are suitable for the combined load.
- Vehicle weight ratings, towbar limits and applicable road laws are observed.
- Supplied straps, securing hardware and safety equipment are used as instructed.
Rack N Roll Pty Ltd is not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper loading or securing, exceeding vehicle or hitch limits, misuse, or unauthorised modification of the product.

Due to the size and freight classification of our carriers, return freight costs can be significant. Please confirm product and vehicle suitability before ordering.
Claims for missing parts or freight damage must be made within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Canadian Purchasers
Rack N Ride products ship from the United States. Any Canadian import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other government-imposed fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected by the carrier or Canadian customs authorities before delivery.
