⚠️ Motorcycle Tie-Down Requirement

For safe transport, your motorcycle must be secured using a minimum of four (4) independent tie-down points when using any Rack N Ride carrier.

Acceptable securing points include (but are not limited to):

  • Foot pegs

  • Frame

  • Handlebars

  • Triple clamp

  • Crash bars

If straps or securing hardware are supplied, these must be used correctly and in addition to appropriate anchor points.

Failure to properly secure your motorcycle using at least four (4) tie-down points may result in serious injury, property damage, or vehicle damage.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the motorcycle is correctly loaded, secured, and transported.

By purchasing, installing, or using a Rack N Ride product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for correct installation and safe use.

  • You will comply with all vehicle weight ratings and towing limitations.

  • You will follow the four-point tie-down requirement at all times.

  • You assume all risks associated with loading and transporting a motorcycle.

Rack N Roll Pty Ltd is not liable for injury, damage, loss, or claims arising from:

  • Improper installation

  • Improper loading or securing

  • Failure to follow tie-down requirements

  • Exceeding vehicle weight or hitch limits

  • Misuse or modification of the product
